At Our Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories
You must have a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)
Note: Some items are non-returnable. Please see the section below.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, underwear)
Digital products or gift cards
Custom or personalized items
Clearance or final sale items
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Email us at support@larakart.com with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
Ship the item back to the address provided using a trackable shipping service.
Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If your return is approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method
It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@larakart.com
Please include photos of the issue and your order number
We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
If you haven’t received your refund:
Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card provider or bank
