At Our Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories

  • You must have a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

Note: Some items are non-returnable. Please see the section below.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, underwear)

  • Digital products or gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Clearance or final sale items

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@larakart.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided using a trackable shipping service.

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@larakart.com

  • Please include photos of the issue and your order number

We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider or bank

  3. If still unresolved, email us at support@larakart.com
